In physiotherapy these are called “modalities” and serve the purposes of pain relief, inflammation reduction and preparation of the patient’s body for therapeutic massage, exercise and manual therapy.
Clinical Pilates & Therapeutic Exercise
At our centre you will find a state of the art studio for Clinical Pilates that is fully equipped with the Pilates exercise instruments (Reformer, Trapeze, Barrel and Chair). Another exercise facility at Physiomotive is a special gym for therapeutic exercise and group exercise (e.g. Pilates Mat groups).
