Efi Mantellou

PT, Clinical Pilates Instructor, Lymphoedema Therapist

Efi is a physical therapy graduate from the University of West Attica (2017) and since then she has been working as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in different physio centers.

Her post graduate clinical education is in the field of therapeutic exercise and specifically focused on Clinical Pilates as she has obtained the Clinical Pilates Instructor title from the University of West Attica in 2021.

Efi is also a certified lymphedema physical therapist after completing training seminars of the Vodder method.

Since October 2021 Efi is a member of the Physiomotive team.
