    In physiotherapy these are called \u201cmodalities\u201d and serve the purposes of pain relief, inflammation reduction and preparation of the patient\u2019s body for therapeutic massage<\/a>, exercise<\/a> and manual therapy.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Clinical Pilates & Therapeutic Exercise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    At our centre you will find a state of the art studio for Clinical Pilates<\/a> that is fully equipped with the Pilates exercise instruments (Reformer<\/strong>, Trapeze<\/strong>, Barrel<\/strong> and Chair<\/strong>). Another exercise facility at Physiomotive is a special gym<\/strong> for therapeutic exercise and group exercise<\/strong> (e.g. Pilates Mat groups<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
